Information you send through our quizzes or contact flow is used to respond to you and to operate our business. Submissions may be delivered to our team via Telegram for quick handling. A copy of submission data may also be stored in Amazon S3 for backup and operational records.

Data retention
Visit-related records are stored in our database for as long as needed for security, analytics, and service improvement. Quiz and contact submissions retained in S3 are kept according to operational and legal needs; we review storage periodically.
